excellent hotel experience
attentive lifeguardamazing workunreliable notification
The aqua park was a hit with the kids and us adults too. Lifeguards were attentive. our towels were arranged daily on the same beds for two weeks, appreciated. staff, including ahmed, mohamed, zac, and mr remy, made our christmas lovely. bob, the tattoo artist, consistently made us smile with his amazing work.
the hotel app notifications were unreliable, our meal reservations were cancelled and a show advertised was nonexistent.

the oriental restaurant offered amazing food, a great atmosphere. chef mohamed prepared the best kebak and soup, a highly recommended experience. service from mr hisham and chef mohamed was really good, contributing to an lovely dining event.

the hotel provided a good central location for exploring local attractions. nearby, boat trips with scuba diving and desert safaris on buggies were readily accessible. reception arranged everything seamlessly, ensuring convenient transportation and friendly service.

The application for tracking activities was nice. it included a hotel map. the food was good. I found a variety of restaurants open. i liked the diving school on the beach too.

Excellent Vacation Experience!

My family and I stayed for a week. The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily! The food was AMAZING!!! There was plenty of variety for everyone, especially at the oriental restaurant. The staff were friendly and eager to help. Mr Zaki, the Recreation Supervisor. The sunbeds were arranged nicely. The pools and aqua park were maintained well.
I found the drinks to be inconsistent. The vodka sometimes tasted like whisky and the orange juice was not the best. It's a minor detail but improvements are welcome.
